Ocmy8 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions take effect as soon as you register an account on ocmy8 or use any part of our platform, whether via the website or mobile app. Acceptance of these terms is mandatory and cannot be waived for any section.

Ocmy8 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the ocmy8 platform. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version.

Continued use of the ocmy8 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments made, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the ocmy8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not as a representative of any third party.
• You may only register one account for yourself — shared accounts or accounts registered in another person's name are not permitted.
• You are not currently on an active self-exclusion list with ocmy8.
• You are not registering from a region or country that restricts participation in online gambling platforms.
• You provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Ocmy8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3Registration & Account Management

Each member is permitted to register one (1) ocmy8 account only. Registering a second account, whether using the same or different details, is strictly prohibited. If a member is found to hold more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended and any winnings or balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your ocmy8 account password confidential.
• Ensuring that no other party has access to your account.
• Notify ocmy8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur — especially your phone number and email address.

Ocmy8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your own failure to keep your account secure.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, you may be required to submit a copy of your identity card, bank statement, or other relevant documents. This is an industry-standard process designed to protect the security of all ocmy8 members.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the ocmy8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). ocmy8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment options:

Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal per request is RM50. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for eWallet methods and up to 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to bank operating hours.

Ocmy8 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This is a standard security measure to protect member accounts from unauthorised transactions.

Any attempt to use third-party payment methods, accounts not registered in your own name, or methods not listed above may result in the transaction being voided and the account being investigated.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Incentives

Ocmy8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, weekly rebates, cashback, and special promotions tied to sporting events such as the Thomas Cup, Malaysia Open, and EPL matches. All bonuses are subject to the following specific terms:

1. Rollover Requirement: Every bonus received must meet the stated rollover requirement before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
2. Validity Period: Every bonus has a stated validity period. Any bonus not used, or whose rollover requirements are not fulfilled within that period, will expire automatically.
3. One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
4. Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or strategies designed to withdraw bonus funds without genuine risk — is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

The ocmy8 platform offers Sports Betting across football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international leagues), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup), e-sports (Mobile Legends, VALORANT), as well as Live Casino games including baccarat, roulette, and slots.

All bets placed on ocmy8 are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in the following circumstances:

• The relevant match or event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled date.
• A significant technical error in odds display causes the odds to differ materially from the actual market value.
• Ocmy8 determines that a bet was placed based on information not available to the general public (insider information).

Ocmy8 reserves the right to reject, reduce, or void any bet suspected to involve fraud, match-fixing, or a violation of international sports betting regulations. ocmy8's decision in such matters is final.

7Responsible Gaming

• A member is found to be involved in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A member has abused the ocmy8 bonus or promotions system.
• A member's account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• The closure request is submitted by the member themselves via ocmy8 customer support.

If your account has been suspended for a recoverable reason, you may contact ocmy8 support to resolve the matter and request account reinstatement. The final decision on account recovery is at ocmy8's sole discretion.

10Amendments to Terms & Liability Limits

Ocmy8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Ocmy8 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

• Unavoidable service disruptions including technical failures, system maintenance, or force majeure.
• Betting outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information obtained from external sources.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet operators.
